THAI MASSAGE

Private Yoga Lessons are a great chance to begin developing a Yoga practice that compliments your body & lifestyle. 

 

I will guide you through the foundations of Yoga from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.  By building a mindful connection with your breath and movement you give your body permission to manifest wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.

 

I offer 60-75 minutes with hands on Thai Yoga adjustments that will help you manifest more inner and outter awareness.

 

After a private lesson you will feel more than ready to jump in a class, workshop, or even schedule a fun yoga party for you and some friends or coworkers!

Slow Flow

This style of class is guided verbally with hands-on adjustments to help deepen your understanding of the fundamentals of Yoga.   Class is designed for students strengthening their body awareness and proper alignment.  Open to all levels & welcomes new yogis.

 

Vinyasa

This is an upbeat class.  I will work with students to build a flow of yoga postures with breath & movement connected.  Students are guided through the flow & then given time to take it on their own as I assist with adjustments and  additional guidance along the way.  Remembering each posture is not the point! This class is all about your creative energy and feeling your way into your own "flow" powered by your BREATH.  Encouraged for intermediate & advanced students.

 

Yin

This class focuses primarily on the deeper layers of muscle & connective tissue.  We hold poses for many breaths ranging from 3-5 minutes each pose.  The breath is used as a tool to soften through the resistance our bodies have built up over the years.  Yin is physically restorative and mentally challenging in order to build your mental endurance.  Open to all levels & new yogis.

 

 

Bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and any other type of celebration you may have...allow me to provide Yoga & Thai Massage. 

 

Get creative & customize the focus of the Yoga to suit you & your guests.  Maybe create a unique theme and we can coordinate music & space setting as desired.

Thai Massage is a sacred & ancient healing practice that incorporates therapeutic massage techniques  with various Yoga postures.  As I stretch your body, I work to manipulate & release tension in the muscle fibers.

 

You will fully clothed in comfortable cotten or active wear.  I begin work from the toes up to the crown of the head.  I am available to travel directly to you depending on distance and scheduling.  I provide my Thai Yoga Mat and will simply need a small cleared floor space for our session.
